Leadership Opportunities
HERS
The President’s Office in collaboration with the President’s Commission on the Status of Women (PCSW) sponsors a representative from Minnesota State Mankato to attend one of the annual HERS Leadership Institutes. The purpose of the HERS Institute is to advance women leaders in the middle and executive levels of higher education administration. Sessions are typically available during the academic year and the summer, which have been held in the Boston and Denver areas.
Campus
Mentor Match is a voluntary project intended to help new female employees transition into their new roles and environment by offering them a way to find other women on campus who are interested in volunteering as mentors.

In an effort to help women connect and develop informal mentoring relationships, we host several events each year to help people at Minnesota State University, Mankato and the greater community connect with one another.
