President's Convocation Addresses
The President addresses faculty and staff at the start of each school year to celebrate our work, outline our goals and reinforce our direction as an institution.
2023 Convocation: "Now Is the Time"
The Destination 2030 goals are broad, and they are ambitious. They will take time to fully implement. But they focus our efforts going forward to overcome the challenges we are likely to face in the coming years. Right now, we have the opportunity to think forward and be the exemplar of education through our connections, relationships, and intentions.

2022 Convocation: "Boldly Forward"
Reaching our Destination 2030 goals and becoming a transformational leader in higher education requires bold action. Together we will grow the University into a place that supports both learners and employees, cultivates a diverse culture of thought and ideas, and opens doors for our students to lifelong pathways that today we only dream of.

By 2030, what will our student body look like? What strategies will we put in place to attract and retain our students? What will make us a destination campus of choice? Our history describes the many ways we have adapted in the past. Now is our time to think strategically about where our next chapter leads.

President's Inauguration Address
Dr. Inch was installed as the 13th President of Minnesota State University, Mankato on September 9, 2022. His promise is to lead this University with a focus on our students’ success, partnering with our community, and cultivating a culture based on innovation, inclusivity, and inspiration.
